Key steps for a successful IoT project:
A dedicated team
We’ll dedicate a specific team built around your project, its aim will be to offer you the best delivery.
Preparatory meeting
We organise eacht time a preparaty meeting for a general briefing around the organization and specifities of your project.
Organization of a pilot site
Delivery procedures will be tested, corrected and validated by the main engineer on severals pilot sites.
Planning and training
The project coordinator will be in charge of plan the interventions : ressources selection, training, planning optimization, etc
Field monitoring
The project coordinator will monitor fied interventions and will contact you immediately for any unforeseen event.
Reporting (KPI)
The day after intervention, you’ll receive a report signed by the local contact validating the intervention.
